Rates & Payment
The fee for psychotherapy is $150 per 60-minute session.
Payment is expected at the time of service.
I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as cash and checks.
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) may also be used for payment.
Insurance
I do not bill insurance companies directly. However, many insurance plans offer out-of-network reimbursement for psychotherapy services.
I am happy to provide a detailed invoice (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I am licensed in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Because coverage varies by plan, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to learn more about your specific benefits.
